MNS NURSING ADMIT CARD 2020

MNS Nursing Admit card 2020 was all set to be released by the Directorate General of Medical Services (Army) in March, 2020 and the exam was to be conducted earlier in May 2020. However, it later got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The date of exam has not been new scheduled till now. Most probably the Written Examination of Military Nursing Services (MNS) will be set in the month of August. The Admit Card for MNS 2020 can be released soon by the DGMS. The admit card of MNS 2020 can be downloaded through the online mode. MNS is a national level entrance exam conducted for female (Unmarried/Divorce/Widow) to join as a Nurse in Indian Army across the country. The candidates whose application form was accepted are eligible to download MNS Admit Card. The candidates are required to enter their username and password for downloading MNS Admit Card 2020.

The details mentioned on the MNS Nursing Admit Card will be referred to and compared with the original documents at the time of counselling, therefore, one needs to thoroughly recheck all the personal details and be well-informed of all the necessary instructions displayed on the MNS Admit Card. In case of any discrepancy, contact the head office through the helpline numbers mentioned in the article below. MNS Admit Cards will not be sent via post or any other means. No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination centre without the MNS Admit Card with affixed photograph (passport size) on it.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD MNS NURSING ADMIT CARD 2020 ONLINE

Step 1: Visit the official website of Indian Army @www.joinindianarmy.nic.in

Step 3: Enter your User Name and Password.

Step 4: Enter the Captcha Word.

Step 6: Check the Admit Card Details and download it.

Step 7: Take a printout of the admit card for exam uses.

STEPS TO BE TAKEN AFTER DOWNLOADING THE MNS NURSING 2020 ADMIT Card

•Firstly, the candidates should go through all the details provided on the admit card thoroughly. 

•After downloading the admit card, candidates must affix their photograph (passport size) over the space provided on the printout of MNS 2020 admit card. 

•Along with the admit card, the candidates are required to carry one photograph (passport size) to the examination hall. The photograph affixed to the admit card will be matched with the candidate as a confirmation of identity. 

•The candidates must read all the instructions given on the admit card properly. The Candidates are advised to check all the entries mentioned in their downloaded MNS 2020 Admit Card. In case of any discrepancy, inform the exam conducting authority so that all the necessary actions could be accomplished to make the correction in the official records before the exams. EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

MNS Nursing Exam 2020 shall be conducted in the month of August. The candidates are required to report at the examination centre at least an hour prior. Any candidate reporting late will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.
Things required in the examination centre:

•MNS Nursing Admit Card 2020 with affixed photograph (passport size) on it.

•A photograph (passport size) that will be affixed to the attendance sheet during the examination Time.

•Candidates must carry any one of the following documents to the Military Nursing Services (MNS) Exam 2020 along with the MNS Nursing Admit Card.

•Employee ID
•PAN Card
•Voter Card
•Passport
•Permanent Driving License
•E-Aadhar card with a photograph
•Bank Passbook with the photograph
•Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer
•Identity Card issued by a recognized College/ University

MNS Nursing exam centers are spread across the country. Candidates are advised to choose an exam center near their place of residence to avoid any pre-exam fatigues. Furthermore, visiting the exam center a day prior to the date of MNS 2020 examination date is a good idea.

DRESS CODE FOR MNS EXAM 2020

Students must follow the dress code policy along with some other instructions as mentioned below. Failing to do so can lead to abandonment in candidature:

•Light clothes with long sleeves are not permitted. However in case, candidates come in cultural/ customary dress at the Examination Centre, they should report at least an hour before.

•Avoid wearing layered clothes, make sure your outfit doesn’t have a lot of pockets.

•No big buttons, brooch, badge, flower etc with Salwar/ Trouser.

•Don’t wear covered footwear to the exam hall.

•Avoid metallic or non-metallic jewellery.

•In case of any deviation required due to unavoidable (medical, etc.) circumstances, specific approval must be taken before the Admit Cards are issued.

ITEMS PROHIBITED IN THE EXAMINATION CENTRE

The candidates are not allowed to carry the following items inside the Examination Centre under any circumstances:

•Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner etc.

•Any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc.

•Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap etc.

•Any Watch/Wristwatch, Bracelet, Camera, etc.

•Any food items opened or packed, water bottle etc.

•Any ornaments/metallic item.

•Any other item which could be used for unfairmeans, by hiding communication devices like microchip, camera, Bluetooth device etc.

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS

•Follow all instructions and maintain discipline in the exam hall.

•Do not use or promote any unfair means or they may be barred from giving the exam.

•Candidates are required to take along their MNS 2020 Admit Card, the proforma with a postcard-sized photo affixed to it and passport-sized photograph to be pasted on the attendance sheet.

•Candidates will be allowed to enter without their Admit Card.

•Cooperate with the staff in frisking.

•Do not bring any barred item to the center.

•Check the roll no. written on your seat before you sit. It should match with the roll no. on your MNS Nursing Admit Card.

•Candidates who indulge in any illegal activity or wrongdoing will be debarred from the exam, and depending on the assessment of the injury caused, may be liable for criminal proceedings.
